Support your family in moving through stress, overwhelm, and big emotions with gentle, body–mind strategies rooted in the science of mind-body integration and relational awareness inspired by the work of Dr. Dan Siegel. These sessions help families build calming skills, deepen connection, and foster emotional regulation through breath, mindful movement, and attuned presence. Designed to empower both children and adults with practical tools for everyday life, this work supports healthier communication, calmer responses, and stronger family resilience. Sessions are 45 minutes. There will be a form to fill out when you go to book. If this isn’t your first time, simply fill in the required portions such as best dates/times to email and schedule.
