Supportive, individualized sessions designed to help tweens and teens navigate stress, anxiousness, big emotions, and life challenges through body–mind awareness. Using gentle movement, breath, and grounding practices, clients build tools for emotional regulation, confidence, and self-trust. Sessions are tailored to meet each young person where they are, supporting resilience and balance during these formative years. I can meet with students at the middle school. I try to schedule at a time that works best for them. So far I’ve only met with high schoolers in the office, but could certainly see if we can meet at school during the day if that is helpful.
